Roles and Responsibilities

• Teaching and conducting all in-house programmes
• Providing academic support to P1 – P6 students in completion of homework and spelling
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre
• Ensure the safety of children in class
• Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress
• Monitoring children’s health and safety
• Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene of centre premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Requirements

• Able to guide primary school subjects.
• Familiarity with the current school syllabus and experience in student care is an added advantage
• Possess Diploma in Care and Programme or WSQ in SCC will be an advantage
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Love children and the learning process
• Have experience in teaching children
• Possess a passion for nurturing children
• Experience in working with children is preferred. Those without experience may also apply as training will be provided.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premise
• Provide basic care for students in dropping and picking up service from school
• Prepare snacks and simple meals for children
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Requirements

• Food hygiene certificate (preferred)
• Demonstrate excellent standards of hygiene at all times
• Team player and possess patience with children
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Experiences in similar job nature is an advantage

• Preparation of student’s meals (breakfast, lunch and/or tea break)
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen/pantry area
• Washing bowls, cups, cutlery, utensils, food containers
• Wiping and cleaning counter tops, tabletops, chairs, replenish drinking water
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of Student Care Centre, including programme planning, implementing health & safety procedures.
• Staff supervision and mentoring
• Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
• Possess a passion to empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of centre, meet the student enrolment targets
• Overseeing administrative tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director

Requirements

• Minimum diploma and above (WSQ Student-Care Certified is an advantage)
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
• Have experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
